MISSION

We strive to strengthen families by providing all families, regardless up income, the opportunity to build relationships and trust through life-changing experiences in adventure education. 

Studies show that by placing families in unfamiliar environments, normal barriers break down, and families are allowed the freedom to build stronger communication skills, teamwork, confidence, and trust, which they do through our ropes course activities.

We’ve seen what a difference these activities have had on youth groups, business groups, and therapy groups, and we want the same thing to happen for families.  We realize that not all families can afford an experience like this, so part of our mission is to provide scholarships based on income to meet individual families’ needs.

VISION

Our vision is to improve the quality of family relationships and therefore increase the level of satisfaction and happiness of individual members.  We also seek to strengthen our community by building strong families and individuals, who then contribute positively to the community.  Thirdly, we envision adventure education becoming more widely used as a way to combat the forces that weaken families.  Families will benefit by addressing values and issues, including everything from daily stresses to complex problems.
