Internships

We are always looking for qualified interns to work during any season or semester.  An internship with CLAS is a fun way to get valuable work experience.

     Intern responsibilities may include:

  • Facilitate Various Groups - You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of groups including families, youth groups, therapy groups, sports teams, dating groups, scout troops, and birthday parties.  You will provide exciting and fun activities that help groups bond together and learn about their team.

  • Assist with Office Duties - Some of these duties include scheduling, payroll, and general office work.

  • Work with Families Up - Families Up is a nonprofit organization that seeks to help families throughout the state.  This internship includes grant-writing experience.

  • Work with Holiday Cruises (only available Fall semester) - Our Halloween Cruise on the Provo River is a popular yearly tradition for many families and other groups.  With pirates attacking the boat, candy, scary songs, and things jumping out of the water, it’s sure to be an exciting activity for everyone. The Christmas Cruise is great with festive music, holiday scenes, Santa Claus and over 50,000 Christmas lights that sparkle in the water and brighten your spirits.

  • Help Organize and Carry Out New Programs - Some of these new programs include a couples retreat, family retreat, youth camps and CLAS Kid’s Club.

  • Assist with Maintenance -You will have the opportunity to help maintain the ropes course, ropes, and other climbing equipment.
