Reservation Policy
To make a group reservation, please call us at (801) 373-8897.
Please have the following information ready:
- How many people will be in your group
- Date and time desired
- What type of group you have (family, youth group, Corporate, Therapy, birthday party, etc.)
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- If you have a special theme or focus for your event
- Deposit
Deposit Policy
Upon making your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost in order to reserve your desired time and schedule the necessary staff. The following are our policies regarding your deposit:
- Deposits can be paid by cash, check or credit card and are required at the time of the reservation.
- You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your event and receive a 50% refund of your total deposit.
- You may reschedule your reservation up to 30 days prior to your event with no penalty.
- You are responsible to provide us with a final participant count at least one week prior to your event.
- If your group arrives with fewer people than your final count, you will be charged for the reserved number of people.
- If your group arrives with more people than your final count, you will be charged for the total number of participants.
- If your group schedules an event with less than one week advance notice, you will be charged for the reserved number plus any extra you bring.

Liability Waivers
When coming to the Course for a reservation, please bring signed liability waivers for all minors in your group. You can download and print the waivers right here.

Each youth should have a parent or guardian sign to participate.
Adults may bring these signed or sign the waivers at the Course.
